when i first met with alyson + adam, i regarded them as a reserved couple, kind of quiet, definitely certain of what they wanted. well…while parts of that first impression turned out to be true…other parts couldn’t be further from the truth! they are definitely very much in love with each other…but it’s the quiet kind of love that is spoken in glances…not so much in words. and they definitely knew what they wanted for their very special day…alyson was a meticulous planner…down to the kids table with games and fun kid food. and yet i still thought of them as a somewhat reserved couple when i spoke with alyson just days before the event and she said…and i quote…when they play a michael jackson song…PAY ATTENTION. ok, i thought, note to self…they must enjoy that sort of music. uh huh…the part about being a reserved couple went right out the window when mj was blaring over the speakers at the reception. the dance floor turned into a virtual thriller video with adam playing the lead role. it was hilarious…everyone had a blast…it was a night that no one will soon forget.
